Grant, 1540, August 17. 32 Henry VIII.

Grant by Walter Tailour and Robert Bateherst to John Pykenden of a messuage, etc., in Lamberherst (Sussex) which they lately recovered in the court of common pleas by a writ of entry upon disseisin in Le Post vs. the said John Pykenden, as among the records of Michaelmas, 31 Henry VIII, no. 101, more fully appears, to hold to the said John Pykenden, his heirs and assigns for ever; and appointment by the grantors of Peter Draner of Stapleherst (Kent) as their attorney to deliver seisin. Given on 17 August, 32 Henry VIII.
